Shipping Policy

We ship live products through NZ Post 1-2 day Express every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (except on public holidays). Non-live product orders go out Monday to Friday. Please note, the cutoff time for all shipments is 3:30 pm.

Your live mealworms order should arrive within 1-2 working days once sent.
Though you pay for overnight delivery, there might be occasional delays due to issues like roadworks or glitches with NZ Post to prepare for such occurrences we don't send live products out on Thursdays and Fridays.

Your Live mealworms are packaged into a circular container with a clear lid with with breathing holes.
This container is placed into a corrugated cardboard shipping box with printed labels and handle-with-care stickers.

Your address is manually checked on Google Maps to make sure there are not any conflicting issues, if there is an issue we will contact you for clarification, as this could delay your order.

Return Policy

We cannot take returns of our worms since they are a live product and will not survive a return trip to our facility.
We can however give credit to your next order with a discount code we can generate for you. we may also require a photo of the worms and delivery packaging.
